This anime is not kidding with the rhythm ! One episode = two years ! It surprised me, for sure, but I think it's because they don't want to create a narrative arc around his training, but to really make the story about Tanjiro being a demon slayer and fighting demons, while he's going on his journey to save his sister. Nezuko, who has been sleeping for two years ! I was worried about the girl not drinking/eating and what she can do during the day, but here, it's worse… Or maybe it's because of the fact that she doesn't feed herself with blood that she doesn't have any energy ?

Sabito and Makomo seemed to be good characters, that's why I was disappointed to see them disappear like that at the end. And I even imagined that maybe Tanjiro created them : one to push him and play with his ego, the other one to reassure him and teach him how to play Urokodaki's lessons to himself. But her story about them being orphaned and former students seemed so real also… I hope that I would see them again.
