After the Dexit video, I asked you all what extras you wanted to see since that video started as like three different videos. Since the Colosseum video did end up getting made and will exist very soon, I have decided to post what was going to be a stand-alone video about Magic Knight Rayearth for the Sega Saturn. I got fairly far into writing it (about 6 pages) when I realized that I was leaning pretty heavily on stuff that I have learned about the Saturn from watching other creators history videos on the subject, and that I would need to re-explain so much of it to a mostly Nintendo/Pokemon audience that I wouldn't necessarily be adding anything new to the story. So here are two documents, my abandoned 6 page-ish script and the outline I wrote for it.

There is no bibliography for this because it's not finished, but a lot of my early research started on TCRF pages for Working Designs games, leading me to forum posts from Victor Ireland himself, and reading a lot of the sources on Wikipedia for Sega stuff. Wiki's are great for getting an overview, but as I have learned, with stuff this old, ALWAYS check the citations for more and go from there.

Here are some of the sources I had bookmarked for this project:

I was unfortunately working on this over a year ago now, so some of my links have since 404'd :(

Maybe something to return to one day. The Sega Saturn is just a fascinating console.

Thanks for sharing. I've continued to be interested in your Rayearth game video since you first pitched it, and would love to see more content like that. Sometimes they just don't work out, and it's good to be able to pull the plug when it's not working. Hope your other projects come together better than this one ended up!
