Yes she will join the harem, and no she doesn’t dress like that or perform like that in front of any other students than Ron.
She has a habit of addressing their sessions as - dates. She is highly educated. She has a Ph.D in Psychology and mainly works in the educational branch because  she is gathering intel for a book she is writing.

She comes across Ron and becomes highly invested in his education. Almost... Too invested if we are to be frank 🤭

If you want to know, Kate and Carmen are not good friends or even colleagues. And given they are both very attractive women in a competitive environment only makes them even more adversarial.
