Sinister Short - Issue #13 (Patreon)

As I said in my last update, recent health issues kinda slowed me down, but everything should be fine now. I wrote this up shortly after #12, and I plan on getting a lot more done. The CYOA is being worked on now, and hopefully will be done soon. It's a bit harder than I thought, since I'm basically writing several short stories in one.
