Honestly no clue what the PTSD guy is going to do. Maybe go to that building he was protesting at in an earlier episode and demand change. I guess a lot of people will be dumb regardless of profession. Military is no different. Numerous stories of war over thousands of years of top brass being complete idiots for so many reasons.
