Seb! You have the best patreon hands down. Love the different genres and pleasant surprises! I’ve got an interview in 20 minutes (wish me luck!) but I’m looking forward to watching this after! Cheers!

It'd be dope if you checked out "Training Day" and "Man On Fire", two really fire movies!

Jeff Cabrera

Mhmmm sure, that’s what they all say (and by “they all”, I mean me 😂)

If this traumatized you, you should watch The Mist. It’s based on a Stephen King story and has a lot of The Walking Dead actors and Thomas Jane.

Ida

YES one of my favorites!!! so looking forward to watching this later and seeing your reaction to the jared leto scene, which is my favorite scene ;)

I think I have watched this film twice before. Once when I was like 10 and I found it so bad that I think it's the only film that I had to stop watching- I think it was with the kitten scene where I was like nope, I am absolutely not seeing that. Doesn't bother me to that degree anymore but it is still a very weird and strange film. I actually forgot the ending, I guess because it's pretty confounding. The first part actually reminded me of Fresh quite a bit, but then maybe any serial killer stuff might remind me of that. Also are you sure you just haven't made a TikTok Sigma movie playlist this week for us? 😂

seb please i really recommend Uncut gems or good time you would love them

The way I see it, all of what Patrick did actually happened, and the reason the lawyer didn't believe him at the end, and saying he had just had dinner with Paul Allen, was actually the laywer mistaking someone else for Paul Allen - as was happening throughout the movie, people mistaking each other for different people, and it makes sense, they all basically have the same job, they all dress the same, wear the same glasses, have the same business cards, go to the same restaurants. And everyone who didn't realize he was actually Patrick Bateman seemed to think very little of Patrick Bateman (my theory is that they actually thought Luis Carruthers was Patrick Bateman) A rewatch definitely can help ^^ I would highly recommend you watch Misery from 1990, based on a Stephen King novel, starring Kathy Bates (she won an Oscar for it as well) Also, there's a movie starring Hayden Christensen, Jessica Alba and Lena Olin from 2007 called Awake, which is super intense as well, would love to see a reaction to that! Don't think I've come across anyone who's reacted to it, which is such a shame!

Speaking of David Lynch, have you watched Twin Peaks?

Chase Gardner

Can you please watch tick, tick... Boom! Sometime it's amazing performance by Andrew Garfield

I think I heard the shots with William Dafoe were all filmed 3 times. 1 when he doesnt suspect patrick at all, another when he's unsure, and the other when he completely suspects him. The director then cut them all in together to make it more chaotic.

I've always interpreted that none of the killings happened. remember, he kept saying he wants to murder and harm ppl right to their face (the bartender at beginning of movie, etc.). every time he said an "inside voice" comment aloud was when he was delusional. every time he killed either the homeless man, dog, hookers, or Paul Allen, it never happened. once the movie revealed at the end that he is hallucinating car explosions you look back and see that all his murderous comments and actual murders were hallucinations. As I interpret it. lol. He, himself, didn't even know who he was because he WAS the one who couldn't get everybody else's names right.

I’m pretty sure he did abortions on the girls bc he was loosening a coat hanger even though they just you know 🤭
