Another amazing episode and I hate enjoying these shows and having to wait so long to watch them :( Back in the old days where I could binge them lol but this makes me appreciate them very much. 

Will avoid any spoilers here in case you have not seen it but I really do love this show and I am looking forward to see what they can do with 4 episodes left as that is not long at all. We will be back next week with more episodes! Let me know what you thought of the first 2 :)

super happy that you're reacting to this. has seen young royals 4 times already 🤣 the show is really good at making you feel connected to the characters quickly, which it needs with only 6 episodes. Luckily there will be a second season next year.

Setting up a lot of different things with each character already. I guess we will see if August becomes a super villain of the show or has a redemption arc. I'm leaning more towards villain as he seems to have no money and the school is everything to him- I could see him blackmailing Wilhelm. Might even be the first scene of the next episode with how abruptly it cut to credits. I think Simon is my favourite character so far, though in some ways we have seen more of him and his story than anyone else so far. I think his friends didn't like what he was saying about moving on, as there is quite often a stigma for people to 'progress' to better their life or situation. People can think you are looking down on them or think you are better than them, better than your culture, traitor to your people etc etc. So Simon may well be shamed from both sides heavily by the end. I'm enjoying it so far. There is a lot of stuff going on and excited to see where it goes with only 4 episodes left already. Hoping we get some sweet romance that isn't so tense from the hiding and secrecy.

The sexual tension this episode! The two mains do such a great job saying so much with so little dialogue. I also appreciated the realistic portrayal of the anxiety that comes with giving into your feelings for someone (I could only imagine how much more pressure you would feel if you were such a public figure). Very excited for the next batch of episodes 😄

So excited to see your reactions to this, genuinely one of the best Netflix Originals around in my opinion! The acting in this show is really top notch, especially considering this was Omar's (Simon's actor) first acting role and Edvin (Wilhelm) was only like 17 when this was filmed, they're both super talented. Edvin's portrayal of anxiety especially is incredibly relatable to me. Looking forward to more, it only gets better as it goes! Hope your prepared (you're probably not)! 😬

that kiss scene, so iconic. only time i'll agree with August is when he made fun of the movie they were watching, that movie sucks. I don't know if you can tell but Simon and his family speak some Spanish amongst each other, I love that, love the Latino representation
