I don’t think I had ever seen this episode and I loved it! 😆 what a silly fun episode, yes not important but super fun and I really enjoyed watching with you guys! That intro song hits every time! And yes the outro songs changes every so often, not sure but like every 20ish episodes.

I just binged it. I’m surprised. Dragon Ball is turning (turned) into your modern anime. The opening song was the same all the way through, though.

The opening music is different for me. It sounds like the same musician, but I feel like it’s in English for you guys. Hard to tell with both playing.

Yeah I vastly prefer the Japanese vocals to the English ones. I’m pretty sure the copy they are watching is in Japanese.

"UaaauuuaaaahhhIforgotmytractooorruuuaaahhhaaa" Is the single best delivered line in the entire franchise. Goku's VA honestly does kill it in Super. He's got some awesome deliveries. There's another one coming up soon.

I think they're watching through Hulu. I double checked, and unfortunately Hulu uses english vocals for a lot of the songs.

Super is a lot of fun. It has more humor and light hearted moments than DBZ. Dragon Ball is similar in tone, but has less serious action. Super is like a mash of DBZ and Dragon Ball

^Yeah, I noticed when I was binging. They went back to their OG Dragon Ball roots, and I love it. I definitely feel like I liked it more than Z… I just like how more involved characters feel. And there’s more casual moments and different character interactions that are fun to see.
