Charlotte's CM came out the day after we reacted to this. Next week we will most likely be checking out either the new version trailers or the Character Demos that we haven't seen yet as we continue our character draft.

Every Region in genshin impact is based on a real life country. So Mondstadt is Germany, Liyue is China, Inazuma is Japan, and Fontaine is France. So yes their names are French!

I would say doing Charlotte's CM with the Version Trailers first and then the next week do the new Character Trailers with the new Character Teasers would be best. Get ready cause most people agree that 4.0-4.2 is by far the best story so far.

You are correct. Fontaine is based mostly on France so the French sounding names are intentional.
