He was an easy winner on his penultimate start which was only his second chasing start in his career. I’d tipped him last time out when cruising in the lead before falling on the back straight. He hasn’t been raised for that last run and is only 6lbs higher than for his last win so I see him as being very well handicapped. On paper stays this trip no problem and the ground is ideal. He’ll have benefited with experience from last time out and I’d expect to make amends for it today as he’s an improving 6 year old.
