We've all been through a lot over the past couple of years, and I've had my own individual journey to navigate for a little while now. But stress is something we can keep from conquering us -- and it just takes a small shift to one's mindset to help get to a better place.

This was very much needed! My wife and I had to put down our almost 19-year-old cat recently and while we knew she had kidney disease, she also had seizures. The vet said they are most likely unrelated but as an analytical person it was tough for me to accept the fact that we will never know what was causing the seizures. It's tough but thank you!

Hiya Colin, happy to know you are well and it’s nothing really serious. I have been pretty silent lately and it’s because I went through something a bit similar. What I realised after it’s that it was my own aging process struggling me. I’m totally fine with it, but turning 40 in the early pandemic and feeling like I didn’t have the right to complain because I have a job and was able to work for home, have a good health and all my family was safe, so I feel I didn’t have the right to complain and needed to be strong. I still think it was the good way to behave, but what I didn’t realised it’s that it was exhausting so much that I developed similar symptoms to you. Thankfully, It helped me to focus on what’s important and feel much better right now. Sorry for English, I try to do my best but I’m not native ☺️ Take care!

Yes, that's absolutely another component to it -- I'm turning 40 this year myself and also have to keep in mind that while I'm not "old", I'm not invincible either. I'm definitely very thankful for everything I have as I know things could be much worse!
