Hey there Patrons!

Late snapshot post this week as I was having *A Week*. Long and short of it is the seasonal affective crap kicked up in the start of the week, and with me still not entirely over all of the stresses that culminated in the mess a few weeks back, I just wound up not having the energy/means to put pen to paper for the first half of the week. So we've got a little less to show this week, but I was still able to get another piece done, so that's good!

The piece in question is of course the Kobold designed for CJ, Syrup! A slime kobold who grows by eating... well, anything technically! She's got some silly quirks, and was a really fun design to work on. I absolutely love how her ears and silhouette came out.

And realistically that piece took up a good chunk of the time I was able to draw this week. Only other things are a number of warm-up sketches (some of which were a real struggle because I was in a state of brute-forcing myself out of the slump towards the latter part of the week, and every line just felt off), and then this weekend I was able to get some additional thumbnails out to other folks for their commissions. All in all I have a lot of fun projects coming up, so hopefully I'm able to keep in a good headspace and make some great progress this week.

Now let's go over the Last Round of the November Reward Vote! We only had a handful of votes for the character selection, but the winner was Vallory! Interestingly enough Zahra placed really high as most people's second or third choice, which makes me wonder if I should do a run-off vote between Vallory and Zahra. But on the other hand, I also want to get to work on those pieces, because I'm going to be out of town next week for four days for the Thanksgiving holiday, and I don't want to be behind on anything else, haha.

I think I'm going to do a retrospective at the end of the month though. Admittedly the reason why all of the different votes had different rules was because I wanted to see which would get the most engagement. I know some of it just comes down to time, but it can be a bit tiresome when multiple votes result in ties or winners by only one vote or so due to lower engagement. For now though I'm going to keep a list of notes and then probably put out a request for feedback for later.

Alrighty, that'll do it for this week's snapshot. Thankfully I already have a nice series planned out for Vallory to grow with, so that'll be fun to work on! As always, thank you all so much for your support, it means a lot to me! I hope you had a great weekend, and that this week goes well for you! Until next time!
