Well, I think that's because anime by most definitions is Japanese in origin, and while there are clear anime and generally South/SE Asian influences, AtLA is American animation. And while animation - mostly comedy animation like Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, Adult Swim, etc. - is popular here I still feel it is lacking in respect still, oddly enough.

As much as I love Avatar, VINLAND SAGA! It needs more people reacting to it. It's a perfect first season of an anime and just genuinely incredible in both animation and storytelling.

i feel like that show, along with One piece has to be a Jimmy will watch it as an extra or on his own. Because those two series are time consuming. I also think recommending shows with few episodes allows for more shows to be watched. Or if the show has clear multiple seasons.

I definitely agree with your points! my only counter points are that he can do what he did before and react to two episodes of two separate animes, like with mob pyscho and samurai champloo. So he can get through the shorter animes and continue the longer journey of Naruto. Also, being such a popular show he could certainly increase the number of patrons aswell. Either way, I won't lose any sleep if he doesn't but one can dream 😁
