I think the fall at the end was just a metaphor. Since he now fully embraced Hannibal. The ending pretty much shows that they both survived and are going to eat Bedelia's leg next. It was brutal...but also romantic as hell.

Person of Interest being in the top 4 just made me so happy 😍😍😍 My list (in case you're interested): 😂 Mad men, Sherlock, Lost, Person of Interest, The Leftovers, Black Sails, Downton Abbey, Friends, The Last Kingdom, Breaking bad. Hannibal currently resides at number 13. Honorable mentions for Fleabag, Emergency Room, Spartacus and Banshee. I did not include Anime (FMAB would be No.1) and I don't know how I should rank GoT anymore after the last two seasons. But your list is really great too (haven't watched The Shield yet).

It's so good . I get goosebumps everytime in that last 5 min. The song " Love Crime " was especially written for this finale . I think it's really fitting . Now you need to see the Hannibal Reunion from 2020 it's an hour long but now that you've watched the full show i think you would like this a lot . It's on YouTube . Loved your Hannibal reaction series so much. I will definitly get back to it every now and then to enjoy it . You're awesome. Have a wonderful day and stay safe

Yeah as others mentioned, you're meant to think by the ending that Will and Hannibal survived the fall and are now fulfilling an old promise. The table is set for 3.

I definitely think Will very much tried to kill Hannibal and himself. But Hannibal planted the idea in his head earlier in the first place, probably having figured out that he would survive the fall.

I can see your point. also very possible - But... I don't know this show uses metaphors and imagineries very often, so it's also possible. And I think I even prefer it as a metaphor. 😉

I also believe they actually fell. It didnt feel like any of the shows other metaphors before to me it felt real and not really out of character for Will to do even if he did accept hannibal. I think he just was "curious to see what would happen" if it would all come to an end there or if they would go on to be murder husbands starting with Bedelia.

The only things I think woulda made this finale more perfect is 1. If it was Alana instead of bedelia because I was more invested and excited about hannibals promise to her rather than the Bedelia thing. And 2. If right before Will said it’s beautiful he said “this is OUR design”

Started this show only to watch your reactions but this series is easily in my top 10 all time shows now. The writing and acting are absolutely fantastic. Such a great series! Hopefully this show gets picked back up for another season.
