I am not a big Maeve fan either. She's a broken record and just repeating the same shit over and over. She's not as advanced as she thinks she is because she can't ditch her meaningless attachments. And yes, she is disconnected. It was okay at first as we're getting to know her, but all in all, she isn't really affecting the overarching story and it's time for that to change. Kill her off or include her as an ally to Dolores. I honestly do not get why she'd be willing to turn on her own kind for the sake of her "daughter". It makes no sense. Her daughter isn't even a sentient host. And the boss will kill all hosts anyway once he's done using Maeve.

William is probably not a host, the unknown protein" is a bio tracker that Hale injected him with in an earlier episode that's why she was able to find him in this episode. And yeah I didn't give af about maeve in this season but in the last scene we see another host being printed after maeve and some people are saying its clementine so it looks like they're building up to a big fight between her and dolores and maeve's arc wont be totally useless.
