When Olivia heaves after learning she was "infected", I think it's a bit of a callback to season 1, the episode where the guy impregnates a woman, whose baby rapidly grows, becomes old and dies. Anyway, there is a dream sequence where Olivia has been impregnated and she lunges forward because she's about to give birth. Just a neat little parallel.
