Hey everyone, and thanks a lot for your continuous support! I just thought about how all this began in 2021 and how awesome our journey has been (and will be!). This could not be done without your continuous support, input, inspiration and motivation!

Today, I want to present the latest poll results and show you the plan derived from that, and also some long-time goals.

The poll results are visualized in this "nice" graph:

You can see that the first three options got quite some more votes as the other ones, so I will now focus on them. Let's look at the plan:

April 14: A 2-player starter set for Grimdark Future
April 21: Surprise Library
April 28: Tube generator in the customizer
May 5: Space Soldier Janitors (OPTION 1, high confidence)
May 12: Weapon customizer (OPTION 2, medium confidence)
?? - 3D files organisation tool? (OPTION 3, low confidence)

I know that I will be able to do the May 5 release. The weapon customizer will be a bit more work, and I have to do several checks (and even start working on it) before I can release the tool. Anyhow, I think that it might be quite doable by combining functions I already have, like the image to mesh generator. And then... well... the 3D files organisation tool. I need to gather a lot of training data (that allows me to use it), I need to train an AI to classify 3d files, and then, if all that works, I need to incorporate this into a tool that is usable (and not super slow). I have no idea if this will work or how good it will work, so some big question marks there, but I will do my best and I also love this project, it's a really fun thing to work on (and yeah, since this will take very long, I already started working on it). Maybe this will stretch out to June and I will try to fill the weeks in between with smaller releases like some libraries or finished armies. Let's see!

One big thing I really want to do is to give something back to you, basically as a big thank you for all your continuous support. If you checked the patreon goals, you can see my goals of becoming cheaper (my ultimative goal is that anyone can afford the customizer while at the same time, I can put in 100% of my workforce to make it more awesome or provide you with more libraries and tools. Currently, I'm still quite far from being able to quit my main job or even reduce that to have more time for you, but I want to do that as soon as possible). We already hit a stretch goal in January (where I introduced a cheaper full access level) and we will probably soon reach another stretch goal. Since patreon will remove these stretch goals, I have to do this tracking now by hand and give you the table here:

The price of the full access level will be reduced as soon as we reach these levels, until we reach a final goal of 4.5€ (which should be much better affordable compared to the current 8.5€ level):

500 Patrons: 7,5€
750 Patrons: 7€
1000 Patrons: 6,5€
1250 Patrons: 6€
1500 Patrons: 5,5€
2000 Patrons: 5€
2500 Patrons: 4,5€

Let's see if we can reach all these goals, and probably afterwards, I will decrease the price even more!

And please let me know what you think of all this, I'm really doing all this for you and not for myself, would be a shame if you wanted something entirely different!

I think you are doing an amazing job. The tools and resources you have provided have been amazing fun and have had a large impact on people like me who LOVE to try as many armies as possible. You don't have to lower the price of entry but you are anyways and that is beyond generous and inspiring, to allow it to be more affordable to those that might be on a tight budget. I hope you continue the awesome work and I look forward to the future of being one of your Patreons. :)
