Fran says, Beam me up Scotty, no intelligent life here! 🌝

Neat. I'm sure your body has recovered from the extensive time in zero-G :)

From what I've read from the astronauts experiences on the ISS, it's not quite as "fun" as it seems. When first entering the space station, the place smells like dirty sweat socks because humans can't keep anywhere as clean as on earth. The closed air circulation can sustain life, but unless they start hanging those scented trees you see hanging from rear view mirrors in cars, you have to get used to the smell, which takes a few days. The really long procedures necessary to take a shower in zero G, not to mention the really complex toilet procedures, makes it very uncomfortable and time-consuming. The urine filtration equipment works well, but is hard get used to the idea that it could be made potable. It would definitely be worth it for an individual to go to the ISS just to see the Earth rotate below. You can't top that experience! But for a film crew of multiple people may strain the ISS environmental capabilities and you already know how hard it is to hold things like cameras in zero G. Also, the emergency escape module may not be able to accommodate everyone if something when wrong with the station. It just doesn't seem like the kind of environment that is big enough to use for non-scientific research. Other than a documentary, I can't see an entertainment-based film being shot there. A film crew and actors would have to go through months of training on Earth before even getting up there. I'm not sure how all the logistics would work for making a entertainment movie on the ISS. That's not why we put all of that hardware up there.

What about "Pigs In Space".

Go for it! The dream is alive.

Space is expanding and so should we. Let's catch-up sometime.

"I used to think it was impossible" is the most inspiring thought I have ever heard. If anyone should be launched into orbit, it's you. Thanks for being there my friend.

Yea, no free ride. But they say that MIR was completely intolerable!

Of course you know these things now you are the exclusive zero-G club Fran 😊

Dr Andy Hill

I hope you make it to orbit Fran and if there's anything I can do to help make it happen I will.
