Fran - that is the same clock chip as in your Radio Shack VFD clock. Funny how in the manual they don't tell you it is a MM5316. I found several plug-in modules like yours in my dad's things - he retired in 1969 from BTL. Sold 8 of them on Ebay for $120. Great video as always! Keep em coming.

I like the Jeff Lynne/ELO theme, I must dig out my vinyl copy of Eldorado and give it a spin.

You might enjoy the original video for the Star Trek door chime. <a href="https://youtu.be/WMfcdlAXw5k" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://youtu.be/WMfcdlAXw5k</a>

Ha! finally, a tube that you don't have!! The shadow tube is called a Maltese cross Crookes tube, I bought about 30 of assorted tubes for £1 (just over a dollar), ex-school lab, from an eBay seller in Glasgow, Scotland. It has a LV heater and 5000V or so Anode voltage. If I thought they'd survive shipping (and I could afford the postage) I'd send you a few..
