I'm pretty sure this was originally a horror short story idea. I'm kicking myself, as while I wrote down the monster girl so I wouldn't forget her, I didn't write down some of the other plot points from the story idea. I think it was going to be something similar to "Slubjob", where someone investigates a mysterious woman and falls foul of her. I think a pit of leeches was involved. I think there was also an element of mind screw, so that the man was imagining he was receiving lots of sexy blowjobs while the cock leeches sucked out his fluids. I can't remember if there was more and I've forgotten (I think there might have been a fake hope spot where people came close to finding him before moving away), or the planning had only got to the stage of having a few creepy sexy images in my head.

The first is of a sexy woman opening her legs and big black leeches plopping out of her vagina. The second was a man being left in a pit of them. I think both cover quite well the quadrants of horror, gross-out, creepy, and erotic!

I clearly need to write it and submit it into Literotica's Valentine's Day competition. That would be fun.

Another idea for a game featuring more level-draining. She has the standard ballooning bell dress of a jellyfish girl. She attempts to pull a man under and the dress bounces up and down while she drains his levels (and other fluids!). She'll keep performing the level-drain 'attack' until the man breaks out. Or gives up and decides to just lie back and enjoy it.

As with the giant lamia, this was inspired by the Hakoniwa Explorer Plus game. That's not a hentai game, but is certainly... suggestive... in parts. It threw up some ideas for hentai RPG monster girls that focused on a level-drain mechanic. I didn't think I'd be able to use them for House of Hellish Harlots as that doesn't feature levels. And then I figured out another mechanic the jellyfish girl could use and she was added as the harlot Cyane.


#80 Giant Lamia
An enormous lamia that sucks a man into her vagina.  She holds him in a 'level drain' position where throbs go through her whole body and cause the man to ejaculate uncontrollably inside her.

I was thinking this is more a monster girl for a different game that features level drain as major mechanic.


#79 Leech Queen
A possible queen of the leech clan.  She resembles a large scylla, but instead of tentacles her lower half is a mass of gigantic black leeches.  She uses these in a variety of ways to drain a man's resistance, and then pleasurably empty him of fluids and soul when he finally surrenders to sensual bliss.

This would likely be the queen of the clan if introduced into HoHH, so her scenario – and what she does to the player – needs to be suitably impressive.

Either a hybrid of leech and plant girl, or a leech girl that has taken on the resemblance of a classic alraune.  Instead of vines she has black segmented sucker tentacles.  She has 'fruits' that emit alluring gases from sucker mouths.  She might attach a specialised fruit to a man's cock and use that to suck out his soul.
