December '22 Build-A-Sequence Poll 2: Final Form! (Patreon)

This is already shaping up to be a fun sequence!  

So far, our protag is:

Carol: a waitress by profession, and a cheery/determined Christmas Caroler (20's, short, pear-shaped build, long straight hair, female,) dressed in warm fuzzy clothes, boots and a bobble hat.

Now it's time to figure out the final form! And man you all had a lot of awesome suggestions for final forms! Ultimately, it was tough to narrow it down to 5, but I did it and there I think is a good variety of options here :)  

So it's time to vote on what Carol turns into!

Any poll option that doesn't include details on form (ie anthro or feral, etc)  we can vote on that in a future question :)
