Content

We are changing the way we create games and communicate with our players. Over the past 6 years we've noticed one common theme repeat itself over and over: less is more. This applies to everything - programming, art, marketing, design - and is especially true for our small team.

The time and stress of posting on social media and managing a Discord community was taking away from what we love: creating fun experiences.

We are curious to try something new and are excited to have our content and community in one place. We are working on new game(s) and will share:

  • screenshots, videos, fails and glitches publicly on Patreon
  • in-depth walkthroughs of our creative process on the $5 Patreon tier
  • announcements and recaps on our Newsletter

We will start posting promotional content again on social media when we have a live Steam page, but Patreon will remain our main community.

Game Plan

We spent way too long on Sector's Edge. This time we will be testing the waters and creating a few small demos before diving in and creating another full game. When we find a demo that we love working on and is received well, we'll turn it into a full game.

We have ideas for roguelikes, survival games, strategy games and bullet hells. Having our own engine already built means we can prototype very quickly - things that used to take months are now taking days! The skills we developed from creating Sector's Edge are starting to pay off.

Close Communication

Through Patreon and our Newsletter you will be part of the journey and experience how we create games, from a buggy mess like this:

to a playable demo:

Thank you for sticking with us. Our goal will always be to create something you will have fun playing, and we hope you enjoy your time in our community.

I'm sure there are many bittersweet feelings, I know I have my own especially with how distant I've been, but I'm so happy to see you both still working passionately and finding what brings you joy! I'm so excited for the future of what you both create!
