I like it, myself. The play of shapes, the striking geometry. Especially the more experimental Soviet Brutalism seems like mischief in building form. Neobrutalism with a stone facade or a coat of paint would be better though just so it doesn't weather so poorly.

I thought it was interesting. I tend to agree that it looks like a glitch come to life in extreme cases. I also did not realize that I knew what brutalism was from all the dystopias in fiction.
