Hey guys! Here are episodes 3 & 4 of Firefly. I am just loving this team so much. I want Mal to be my captain of life. On one hand, it's so hard not to just binge it all because I'm enjoying it so much, but on the other hand I don't want it to be over! Just  an FYI I've watched up till episode 6, those episodes coming soon!

Being able to hear the introductory narration before the Episodes start helps a bit I think. "Here's how it is: The Earth got used up, so we moved out and terraformed a whole new galaxy of Earths, some rich and flush with the new technologies, some not so much. The Central Planets, them was formed the Alliance, waged war to bring everyone under their rule; a few idiots tried to fight it, among them myself. I'm Malcolm Reynolds, captain of Serenity. She's a transport ship, Firefly class. Got a good crew: fighters, pilot, mechanic. We even picked up a preacher for some reason, and a bona fide companion. There's a doctor too, took his genius sister out of some Alliance camp, so they're keeping a low profile, you understand. You got a job, we can do it, don't much care what it is."

After the strong start of the first 4 great episodes, the next 6 or so take the series to another level of excellent! I can't wait to watch them with you! As for Jayne, I find him to be the most interesting character by the end of the series. He starts out as a fairly one-dimensional tough guy, but over time we see that he is significantly more complex than that. Sometimes you have to pay careful attention to pick up the hints, though!

The Independents...the Browncoats...didn't try to overthrow the Alliance...at least, not at first. They just wanted to live free of Alliance rule, making their own laws and societies on the outer edge of the solar system. The Alliance said no, and the two groups went to war. The Alliance won.

Never seen this show but from watching the first episode with Cassie on YouTube….looks pretty good. Going to have to watch the rest.

You think there's ever a chance in hell Cassie would watch the American Pies(the ones that were in theatres anyway)? I know she's seen the Fifty Shades trilogy so idk. Her reaction to those would be hysterical. I was a junior in high school when the first came out and a college freshman when the 2nd came out so I can relate almost exactly lol
