Hello all!
I just got back from J-Con in Derby, UK, where I was invited to give a panel on "how to make anime from home." It went rather well (a pretty good turnout as you can see in the photos above!) and I had a lot of fun showing the TIE Fighter film and Streetfighter preview scene. People seemed to really like them!

It was also great meeting up with Weebl and Savlonic, and listening to their live gig! Plus meeting some of the Team Four Star people (I made some potential voice acting contacts for the remaining roles left to fill in the Streetfighter film) was rather exciting. Even though I went for fun it actually ended up being very useful for work contacts!

I've attached my powerpoint presentation from the con and the script that Maki and I made just for this talk. Read it in my voice along with the relevant slides and you can relive the glory of the presentation even though you weren't there!

Thanks to the ultra-efficient Patreon manager/speechwriter/art anatomy consultant Maki Ubermach for helping me get all of this stuff done without dropping dead from nerves, etc. It was a little confusing because we were told we had an hour, then it looked like half and hour on the schedule, then it turned out to be an hour after we'd condensed it for the half hour!

Here's a clip called "examples" that we had to cut for time, so you guys might as well enjoy it... - ______ -  I had to go with four simple gifs in the final powerpoint file, alas.

Well, that's all for the moment. Now it's back to animating! See you in the livestreams!
