Who’s the thief? (Patreon)

I really wish I could find out which of you are stealing my exclusive content and posting it online. Makes me not want to make more content because what’s the point? I think I’m going to start placing watermarks on all my work from now on.

They will still steal and post the watermark versions. Its an unfortunate thing that can't be stopped.

That is bad and I understand it makes You furious and even losing will to create. Even more, because it is really hard to find out who is doing it. I must admit I see more and more artist getting furstated because of this. It is usually pointless want thief to reveal himself but I understand need to let anger out. It depends if thief have some heart and will take it to himself not to post anymore or is he/she mindless soul following only rule "sharing is caring" not caring about artist... Watermark is almost necessary nowdays, sadly. But don't slap it just on finished video, but make it (also) part of video! This way it would be really hard to get rid of it and You can get creative! I will send You example in DM Returing to topic, I have seen artist deal with personally (not recommended, You can probably worsen your mental health), let fans deal with it (I can say nuking accounts with stolen content can be satisfying, I seen even people creating discord "hunter team" which shares any trace and try to bring down stolen content), or even... let it be. I'm no saint I used to take opportunity of leaked content. (Never leaked anything by myself though). But I think I redeemed myself, I subscribed/paid/else at least once to any artist I found art and it was cool. Sometimes even I took (and probably still doing it) "opportunity" not knowing that it was stolen content, but I usually try do dig out original artist. And who knows maybe I found You and subscribed to You because content I found was really exclusive? That is why sometimes BETTER option is to let it be as ironically can help You find more fans/subscribers. Phew...that is all folks :P

Yea it sucks as you are one of the very few that does mutual penetration videos. As some have suggested, yes, put a watermark on it and advertise your patron. If anything, it will bring more eyes to your work and hopefully make as much money as you can from this.

Not me I really don't do much and what is to gain from posting things outside of patreon if I come across anything I'll try to help but can't guarantee anything but I think r34 and other areas might be the first places to start.

One of the artists I patreon for also has a similar problem with assholes bogarting their art and posting it online. I also suggest watermarking your vids - some artists actually make props with their name/info and include them in the vid. I think something we the patreons can do is find and report the aforementioned assholes posting pirated material. Maybe that can help tone things down.

I don't know exactly how many patreons you have but, I did see someone who tried to combat it by sending the exclusive content to each individual supporter in DMs and do something with the file that everyone had a unique "identification number" (for a lack of a better word) in it so that when it got leaked somewhere, they knew who did it and could ban them in that way. But, depending on how many patreons you have, that might take up too much time. But watermarks are a good alternative, though it's unfortunately not gonna stop it. But at leas people will know who made it

Yeah, it's annoying. I also have someone who is actively leaking links so I have to change links almost every week. Not sure how to trace this person. I just decided to not give any attention to that person. It is sad. We still here to support you. I'm here not even for content, just to support an awesome artist :)
