What a long name! :D

I'll be real with you.  I basically made it to trigger O-Faces :-D.  And it works really well for that!

SilverExpressionActions is a variation on the ExpressionTool concept.  As with the latter, you can queue up a bank of expression morphs.  However, ExpressionActions can be triggered by actions from anywhere in VaM.  You can trigger an expression to dial in and back out in a single action, or you can dial one in, hold it, then trigger it to end.

Expressions can also be changed while they are held.  A "variation" option allows you to have a single morph continuously vary.  It also integrates with SilverGaze.  The character can look to a random location whenever an expression is triggered or changed.
