Sign up for OPR Writing Jam #9

This week we’ll be running our 9th writing jam, so don’t forget to sign up!

The OPR Writing Jams are story-writing marathons, where participants are asked to write a one-page story set in the OPR universe in 48hrs, following a common theme. Participation is completely free and at the end of the writing jam we will highlight your favorite stories on our website.

The writing jam is planned to run from December 8th, at 8PM UK time / 3PM ET time, to December 10th, at 8PM UK time / 3PM ET time, with the theme being announced at the start of the jam.

November Painting Contest Information

Contest Categories: The contest is split up into categories, each with its own submission criteria, and each contestant may pick only one category:

Legendary - Paint this month's legendary model
Solo - Paint one single model from this month's release
Unit - Paint a unit of 5 small or 3 large models from this month's release.

Rules: To participate, pick one category and share a high-resolution picture in square format via the Dropbox link below (leave a margin on the sides for re-sizing). Only one picture may be submitted, and you must use your Patreon username as the file name, or the submission will be discarded!

Not Allowed: Welcome Pack Minis, Loyalty Rewards, Terrain, Game Aids.

The miniatures should be painted by you, no re-sizing over 5% is allowed, and only minor modifications are acceptable. By entering the contest, you give OPR permission to share the pictures on our website and social media.

Mission Packs - New Missions

Here are the 8 missions you're getting this month:

These missions are focused on fun new ways to play, with exciting objectives and special rules to spice things up. We release new missions every month, so stick around so you don’t miss any.

Note that while the missions are designed for each specific game, you can play them with the rules for any other game (with slight adjustments). This means that you have even more missions to play each month!

Make sure to download the missions before the end of the month, as they aren’t sent out via WGV/DTRPG, and are not stored anywhere for future access.

New 2D Minis Released

The new Ratmen and Blessed Sisters sets are available on Patreon.

These sets feature a ton of minis with front and back views in two different color schemes, as well as black & white. They also include black border versions of the minis, plus VTT tokens to play online.

3D Print - New Previews

At the top of post, you'll see some early previews of the models we are working on for January!

The Vampiric Undead Ghouls are stitched-together forces that serve as shock troops, with poisonous attacks to chew through the front lines of the enemies of their masters. For the Dwarf Guilds, the Miners are available to bring creative and destructive solutions to the battle, able to burst out of the ground precisely where they're needed with their Tunneler special ability.

Please remember that these are early WIP shots of the models and not the final versions of the models.
