Due to our production pipeline the models are released at the end of the month, so everyone gets them at the same time. :)

We say on the main "about" section that the models are delivered at the end of the month, so we're really sorry if there was any confusion: "At the end of the month you will receive an e-mail to redeem your files, which will then be permanently available in your MyMiniFactory library." Luckily the models will be released in only a few days, but we're going to make sure to edit the about section in order to avoid any future misunderstanding. In any case, rest assured that you're going to get your models no matter what!

Sometimes there is a delay due to different time zones, try again in a bit and see if it works. :)

I just joined on the first of January and didn't realize these models were for the December release. Do these still count as the "Monthly Release" since there doesn't seem to be a new one for January yet? Also, would I have to wait until the last day of Jan to get them?

If you want you can still get the December models on MMF with a 40% discount, and in January there's going to be more Robots and Saurians as well. Last month's models are available immediately if you buy them on MMF, whilst this month's models will only be released on the 31st of January.

Me too, but they said we missed it and will have to wait until Jan 31 to get the Jan models instead.

@Andy Nguyen - It says that you were billed on Jan 2, 2021, so you missed the December models. You're still going to get the January models, which will also be Robots and Saurians, and you can buy the December models on MMF. :)

Ooof feels bad joining a day or two too late, thinking this months models were the saurian. Now having to pay even more, though not having a budget for it now. What are the general unit type for the January saurian I see mentioned? Maybe that’ll make me feel better. Though I only wanted the raptor riders really.

The discount codes are always only valid until the last day of the month, and they work with any number of purchases within that month. :)
