A bugfix build that fixes all effects not working on Kopernicus suns. This will become the next public release if no major issues or new regressions are found.

Edited: re-uploaded a new version which fixes a bug causing black sunlight on stock system

Edited: A public release is now up, it is the same as this version plus a fix for underwater lightrays ignoring the configured sun color

- Fix caustics, extinction lighting, long-distance shadows, ocean shadows and godrays not working on Kopernicus suns

- Improved godray precision at short distances

- Fix reflections disappearing from ships when using cameraTools after 250 meters distance

- Fix ocean secondary lights causting artifacts/squares on the planet from orbit

I see 'oceanRefraction = True' got taken out of the default config some time back. Is that still required?

Ah iirc it hasn't been required for a while it and it has been on by default since I phased out the alpha blending mode I just forgot to clean up the parameter.
