Belron wasted no time in testing Rau's strength by matching her up against Vanya, his greatest fighter. He was enough aware that she had belonged to the formidable warrior group known as the Amazons. Taking on less skilled combatants made no sense.

Vanya was a vicious warrior who had spent years battling in the colosseum; if the chance arose, she might even kill her. Vanya was suspicious about this newcomer as well because titanites who served the Amazons were rarely seen outside of their domains.
