Hanibel is a bloodmage and one of dolls teachers. She is referred to as an executioner, and her job is to eliminate Berserker bloodmages. When the reach the end of their time, its seen as an honour to be killed by an executioner.

Bloodmages are considered the soldiers of the witches and the physical fighters. They are dangerous against vampires as blood manipulators and are the only ones who can magic has an effect on lycans, but only adepts are strong enough to combat them.
