I'm having a problem with shirt textures, they show up as skin colored on top of the character that I put it on. I tried moving the color slider but that doesn't seem to do anything.

It looks like a body skin texture bug. Try to change the body skin in the customizer (it depends on the outfits you're using : low or high definition).
