Hello, patrons! The time has come... What time? Time to show off another scene from update 0.29! Did you think we’d leave you without the promised teaser? No-no-no, we keep our promises, so there’s lots to talk about today! Sit down, or stand up, whatever is your preference, get comfy! And get ready for something you’ve likely not expected to see in our game!

These events happen right after Sarah helped the Guardian leader reach the superduper ancient spire that contains the forgotten technology of creating guardians from mutalisks. Now that the work is done, the spire is once again ready to replenish the ranks of the flying beasts. But Sarah is no altruist and didn’t do that out of the kindness of her heart. The deal was agreed upon, Sarah helps distract the Ursadon (hehe, you might remember that the Guardian’s intel was a bit old, and there were several of them), and the leader gives her his essence — simple and foolproof. Sarah upheld her end of the deal, now it’s up to Gargantis the Cautious to uphold his - yep, that is his name.

Now, the scene itself. The Guardian leads the Ghost to the place where his essence is stored. All seems fine until they reach it and it’s a pool of white goo, disturbingly similar to a certain something. According to the leader, it’s an ancient way of storing essence he came up with millennia ago. Why’s everything about him so ancient? Well, you might be able to imagine Sarah’s shock when she found out what awaited her... but, it was the only way. She’s told there’s no need to interact with the seed itself, she just has to find the essence beneath it. As soon as she finds the essence and gives the signal — she’ll be pulled out of there, so no big deal. If only it really was.... But you’ll find if it was or wasn’t on your own in the game!

Well, be honest, did you expect that? You know... Sarah and a pool of seed... It at least sounds intriguing. And the picture! Look at it once more! Yeah, it’s going to be great. Of course, Lizzara won’t abandon her friend in trouble and will be helping her, as well as she can, from the outside.
