Creambee Short - Splootoon v1 (Marina) [download] (Patreon)

Hello! I hope you’re doing really well!

This is the first release of the Creambee Short, Marina’s “Splootoon” v1.
-We are currently working on the an*l option and trans futanari options now.

I’ve tested the game as much as I can so I hope there aren’t any bugs that show up. Otherwise let me know and I’ll be sure to add that fix up to the list.

Why I started this project:
I was inspired by two things: Firstly by the flash animator Minus8 and how some of his projects used illustrated body segments. He created segmented drawings and animated them in flash (rather than drawing vector images in flash and animating them).
Second, I always wanted to be a part of animating someone else's art style and I wanted it to be their drawings in my animation too. I’ve always loved KlimSpree’s unique sexy-cute style and we where currently in contact over commission work, so I went ahead and proposed the idea.

What I learned from this experience:
-Ultimately I would like to make more positions over speed choices. We stuck with only one pose because we had never done this style of work before.

-This is the first time we have lip synced / animated this much dialogue, I know this amount of dialogue was a bit much. From this experience I feel about half the number of lines per character would be a good size to cap at.

-In the scenario of working with an illustrator, rather than using segmented images to animate I should be requesting Character Design Sheets for the team and I to use as reference for drawing and animating.

-I should have at least a couple lines acknowledging the futa option, such as Marina talking about her hard c*ck. Unfortunately I currently don’t have the time to write, hire, record, balance and script in new lines. I will remember this for the next project.

What is next?

-For Splootoon, we are currently making the an*l option version and I’ll be working on providing a range of male skin tones as well. Also I’ll be scripting/animating a futanari-trans option as well (no🐈). Now that all the audio and base animation is finished we can just add these parts in relativity easy and quickly.

-I’ll get back into halloweEnGIRL when I can, but after the an*l addition to Splootoon and I’d also like to run my new project idea by all of you. I’ve been taking notes from all your feedback, from the recent ideas I’ve been sharing and building on, from the voting polls and from the general experience of making these works.

I do have to go now and get some rest, I’ve really pushed myself to get this playable for you by the weekend. 💖
