Status Update - Lexi - Jan 2024 (Patreon)

I changed up how we list these Status Updates for this one. Instead of listing Lexi's features, we are just listing her trades so it is more clear what she has traded so far. 

The category for the bimbo trade is a bit vague. It covered alot more ground than just intelligence or IQ. Steph had a couple of these trades as well. Some 'aspects' kind of bleed into other areas outside their intended effects. Feels like a plot point that should be addressed  at some point.
