Checking up the poll this week. I want to leave it open ended. 

What if Gwen got to remove or restore one thing? What should she take back?

I would have to say her art ability. I believe its something that important to her.

I would probably say fame. A lot of people wish for it without realizing the taxation of having to people, later wishing for the simple life.

art ability, definitely. It's the one thing that left her with nothing but a blond bimbo body and no way to get said body back home, or even cash.

Just one thing? What to pick. Her hair? Her breasts? Her height? Her hair is too long and is blonde. Her breasts are too big. Her height is too short. And her last name changed from North to West. Does that mean that she is no longer related to her own family? Her parents? Brother(s)? Sister(s)? Plus, I'm worried and concerned if this girlfriend really truly loves Gwen for who she is or if her love of Gwen is just part of the spell just to make Gwen's claim of having a girlfriend a reality. I would love to be able to change so much for Gwen, so that Gwen can be the woman she really truly wishes to be in mind, body and soul. But if I were only allowed to pick just one thing to change, I would change Gwen's career from professional sexy cosplayer back to comic artist/writer. Sure, she would be stuck with the body of a petite short busty blonde, which is not how she wanted to be as a woman. But at least she would be doing something she truly loves and enjoys. And she won't be stuck having to dress overly sexy at conventions, being drooled over by creepy guys. She could dress however she wants to dress. Whatever makes her comfortable. In fact, to be fair, she could still cosplay, but as like a side hobby. So she could still cosplay, but it wouldn't be the thing everybody knows her for. They'll instead know her for her comic art and writing. Gwen won't have the woman's body she wanted, but at least she'll be still be an artist/writer. Something that makes Gwen who she truly is.

Give her her height back, at least a few inches worth. Women under 5'4" is overdone in the gender-change genres. Besides, long legs in a short skirt looks great.
