If you remember, Elijah mentioned tatia in Tvd S3 ep 13...at the dinner table with stefan and damon...she's the one who's blood was used in order to suppress klaus's warewolf side.....thats why klaus needed elena in s2 to break the curse

That Mikael scene with Cami was such good acting im sad that you talked over it because if you really think about Klaus did take hernrik to watch the wolf and also did kill his mother and then told the rest of his family that mikael did. Yeah seeing Elijah like that was upsetting all in

I think Hayley's blood would still strengthen him. If we remember in tvd 4x02 Damon let Elena drink from him to help her out, the only reason it didn't work there in the end was because of the sirebond thing. But I think in general vampires can drink from other vampires to build up strength when they're weakened. I don't exactly know though how the relations are between feeding on humans and on other vampires, if that gives the same strength. I'd also say that Mikael definitely always mistreated Klaus more than the other kids. He was harder on him than on the others. Also yes he might blame Klaus for Hendrik's death (even though it wasn't really Klaus' fault since they were both young and just wanted to see the wolves), but seeing the shame of Esther's betrayal in Klaus is I'd say the bigger reason for his anger.

I agree with your first paragraph but the next i partly don't because looking at it from the modern day lens is problematic because they weren't operating like that. Mistreat of Klaus I feel was es ther fault because she made him weak in a time when strength was valued as a Viking and I'm pretty sure going out to see the wolves turn was forbidden Klaus knew that being older. Like mikael said he didn't always hate Klaus. I pretty sure he layed out why he hated Klaus. It was very clear to me. I'm not saying it was right. From his perspective I think anyone would consider that a huge betrayal

Keep in mind that Mikael was abusive towards Klaus since he was a child... before he even knew Klaus was not his child AND before he found out he was a werewolf. Mikael is a Viking. Apparently, Vikings are known to abandon their own children if they see them weak and unable to fight or defend themselves. Esther gave Klaus that necklace to wear, which made him weak... and then made Mikael abusive towards him because of that alone. Mikael’s hatred for Klaus increased when… Klaus was responsible for Henrick’s death when he took him to see the werewolves, when it was forbidden; followed by triggering his werewolf side by killing someone for the first time after he turned, which then lead to Mikael finding out that Klaus isn’t his child & Esther slept with someone else; with the final straw when Klaus kills his own mother after suppressing his werewolf side & turning her back on him… did Mikael, with the vampire urges… became obsessed with tormenting him & killing him.

I blame Esther for Henrick cuz the full moon affects wolves Klaus going to see them change was not the first time I suspect Henrick just went with him this time. The wolves didn’t go after Klaus cuz they knew he was family and part of their pack if they had hurt him Klaus father would have went off on them.
