Preview - Shopping with Emi (Patreon)

tl;dr - I've been sick! But the next release has new Emi/Shizu scenes in store, as well as new phone messages.

I'll start simple this week, then show you saucier stuff in the upcoming weeks. Here we have something nice and simple - going out shopping with Emi when she's not trying to bankrupt you as punishment any more. ;)

New Emi/Shizu scenes

This is the start of a two-scene sub-plot that occurs in the shops district. It's something that can play out regardless of whether you've got their threesome and should be interesting either way, as part of my ongoing effort to introduce more scenes into the game that the player can see without having to be really deep into the game.

This one also helps to explore an aspect of the relationship that would be an issue for the other ladies - Shizu's habit of stalking people.

Phone messages

Oh, and there's going to be more Hirai phone messages in this release too, plus the Nobuko message I showed off a couple of weeks ago. Yes, I was mistaken about that one! I thought it was coming in 0.56, but it was actually in 0.57.

The message I'd actually been thinking of that is really in v0.56 is this one:

I've been SICK AGAIN!!!!

I don't know if you remember but I got sick with the flu not long ago and it really stuck around with me. Well, last week I caught a brand new cold - an absolutely miserable thing to happen since the flu took out so much of my time in the first place.

Fortunately this one hasn't been quite as bad, although it was still pretty unpleasant. At least this one only really lasted a week and I didn't have to go to as much effort to deal with it.

The thing is, with all this sick time I haven't been able to get as much done as I'd planned to. I had got ahead of schedule with an eye to taking on some more ambitious goals after a couple of months, but sadly I'm probably going to have to delay the ambitious stuff a little longer now and just focus on getting ahead of schedule all over again. :(
