SPOILER ALERT! Hints for how to get Ai and Masami in PAL (Patreon)

As there have been a number of requests for hints for how to get Ai and Masami in PAL I thought I would post some hints here just to save you guys the trouble of having to chase me up for answers. I had always planned for Masami and Ai to be more challenging characters to get because it makes the gameplay more diverse,  and also because it gives the community some challenges to solve and discuss. Plus it suits their characters. Nevertheless I've had several requests for hints and I don't want patrons to have too hard a time enjoying the game. This hint info will only be for patrons - the wider community can put their heads together and come up with the answers for themselves. :)

I suppose I'll work another hint or two into the game to make the whole thing a little smoother for players, but I haven't quite calibrated that yet. If you have any suggestions then let me know.

Anyway, it should go without saying that the following hints are SPOILERS for the game, so if you don't want any information that spoils the challenge then don't read any further!

Masami

Masami's mood is more important than with the other girls; you need to flirt with her in a way that matches her mood at the time (it's a good idea to get at least 1 point in each stat for Kenji, as well). You can figure out her mood by talking to her a few times and working out which of the six moods she currently is in, then using the normal approach to flirting that works for the maids.

Ai

As for Ai, she's not a normal character so you need to look for her in a more unconventional way. You'll need to 'read' repeatedly in the study to research who she is (think of that as being the same as flirting with her) and you'll also need 5 rebellion points. Rebellion points can be acquired by doing things that you're supposed to not be doing in the game.
Here's 5 options:
- Go in east, west or south at the beginning in the rain.
- Try to leave the house through the main entrance during Rio's tour.
- Leave Masami's room instead of letting her seduce you.
- Get dressed instead of accepting Rio's offer of 'relief'.
- When you are offered a maid for night service, try option 4, 'refuse'.

There are more options available if you'd rather not do some of these - try to do things against what the game is telling you to do and you may have some luck. If you come up with a good idea for a rebellion action that I haven't though of then let me know and I might put it in the game.
