Update - Kenji, Iku, Kimiko and the Orb of Ecstasy (Patreon)

I think the girls look really nice in this shot, as they use the Orb of Ecstasy on Kenji. Do you agree? I've taken this approach to using the Orb as a kind of fleshlight in the scene before (in the Rio scene), but I thought it worked well enough to try it again. It fits best with the scene as written.

Release of PAL 1.8.0 and 1.7.0

Overall I think the release of v1.8.0 of PAL when pretty well. People seem to have been enjoying the new updates, although I can always use more feedback if you've got anything to add on that front. Did you like the new stuff? Did anything not seem to work the way it's supposed to? Any room for improvement? If so, drop a comment down below and you'd be helping me a lot. :)

Writing the KimIku threesome

I don't want to jinx it, but this week the writing of the KimIku scene actually went pretty well. These full interactive scenes are always pretty challenging to get done because they involve a lot of writing, but I did get a good amount of the stuff finished. I'm in a real time crunch right now so I'm a little bit panicked about getting it done on schedule, but I'm most of the way through. I just have to write up a few more bits (including the Kimiko "main event"); the only problem is that it's always the final 10% of the work that takes 90% of the time.

If I don't finish it all I'll try to write a little more on my holiday, but I'd rather not have to do that. :) I may still have to do a little work on it when I get back, though, because I'll need to finish programming it and test it too. So I probably can't release it as soon as I return, but it will still be next month, I think.

The Fumi Renaissance

I've noticed lately that players have more and more been mentioning Fumi as their favourite character in the game. I like Fumi too, of course, but that surprised me a little since in the early days of the game Fumi tended to get a little bit forgotten. Do you have an opinion on this? Do you agree? I want some answers, god damn it!
