My new rule of testing more stuff out has led me to interesting places. Let's start with something I've already put out there on Discord and Twitter.

Centaurs as love interests are coming to Fantasy Dating. I realized during the subway scene that they require significantly larger spaces and that means specific environments to dwell in. Not just any house or apartment will do.

This small set of renders was also my first attempt at creating a muscular based character and adding veins to them. Zoom in on her forearms and abs to see them.

I didn't start out intending to create a short story with these renders. It just makes it easier to pose for something rather than solely because I wanted to do a test.

I thought about how a centaur functions in their day to day life. I mean they can't exactly reach the area around their tail easily. The must use devices to help them out for all sorts of personal tasks. Simple stuff like a handle mounted shower-head and a wall-mounted geldo would fit right in at a centaur's home.

Ignore that toilet in the corner, the real toilet is actually a converted bathtub you can't see in any of the images.  MC will have a lot to learn about centaurs once that content finally makes it's way into FD. BTW, zoom in on this last render and try to find the easter "eggs".

And now for something completely different.

I have not created a single legit outdoor shot since I've started using Daz. For FD I didn't really need to bother, but for Motherhood I obviously will. This whole scene is lit only with an HDRI. When MH characters are out in the city, I'll be using similar lighting techniques.

Not to say that these sci-fi vehicles will be in Motherhood because it's a real-world setting. This small fighter has been earmarked for a specific FD character I haven't revealed yet.

This is my first attempt at an action scene. It took me quite a while to decide on what the weapon's system and type would be. Technically, those little nubs one the wings are supposed to be some sort of plasma weapons, but I wanted something more centrally mounted.

Minigun goes BRRRRRRRRRRRT. BRASS FOR THE BRASS GOD!

Another shot so you can see the hand placement. Rather than having a weapon wing mounted and inaccessible to the pilot, I opted for a placement that could be directly interacted with.

This helmet had several options including a HUD and polarization for the visor. I wanted to gauge how that would work in a first person shot. Unfortunately the helmet causes very strange reflections around the edges. It appears to be trying to reflect the background as if the helmet wasn't there. And while the HUD and polarization look cool, they make the image very busy.

Maybe I'll figure something out that fixes those issues, but if not then I just won't do POV shots with this asset. BTW, this set of dogfight images are in 4k for anyone looking for a new desktop background (*wink wink*).
