Poll Results and Progress update (Patreon)

The results are (more or less) in and the fancy dress with bracelet and necklace combo won! I do want to clarify that I should have mentioned earrings in the combo option, but don't worry I got you covered.

Starting from the top and working our way down: Jade dangle earrings, sodalite gem necklace on a leather cord, satin blue strapless dress, and a gold snap bracelet.

A pair of stockings and blue heels caps it all off! And yes, I double checked the length of the dress to make sure it hides everything. And MC certainly wouldn't do anything improper with stockings still covering her feet. Perish the thought.

Lastly, here is a pic of what MC will look like in the bar. Notice the reflections are not so overblown on the dress compared to the first pic. Lighting makes all the difference. 

Speaking of... This past week has been mostly set and character design. Now that the story has (finally) left the apartment, I had to setup what I needed ahead of time to minimize changes along the way. It was mostly boring stuff like creating instances of common objects like those stools, the lights, etc. In doing so, I can keep the same density without the processing overhead.

Basically, the more objects and lights that interact on screen, the longer it takes to render. For example, that last pic took 51 minutes and 22 seconds to render. Had I remembered to delete or hide some more stuff off screen, I probably could have shaved another few minutes off of that time.

By the way, I realize I'm cutting the poll time a little short, but I needed to get started on the first date scene since it will be almost the entirety of what the next update consists of. I will have to decide if future polls should be open over a shorter time period or regarding content that is a little further out. For those interested in the options like the tomboy look, don't fret, I still have the stuff to include them for other occasions or dates.
