This little video finally came together. I wonder if it's as good as the first YouTube tutorial which got almost 2k views in the first 2 days?

As you can see, I moved my yoga room around! It is actually a big change for the video creation process but I did it because:

#1 i want to have a 90d camera angle 

#2 i want to use the wall more 

#3 i want to have nice low light ambience for the winter season

Changing to this direction required some new camera settings, so you might notice some differences. I've still got some camera and lighting issues to work out, but overall I think it is going to be a good change.

November Yoga: Uttanasana Yoga Tutorial To Strengthen Hips And Lower Back

Home yoga video sharing technique to give you freedom in the hips and empower your lower back. Of all the forward bends, Uttanasana is a good place to start because in standing Forward Fold you gain access to the hips for alignment of the pelvis to ease tension in the back. A lot of cues involve hinging at the hips. What actually happens is dynamic rotation to create space at the base of the pelvis and maintain a neutral position of the femur bones.
