This week I am emphasizing dynamic stretching and balance to encourage core stability:

Standing One Raised Leg Pose // Utthita Eka Pada Uttanapadasana

This standing exercise can be enhanced with the support of a wall, bar, aerial silk, etc. It improves strength and flexibility in the core, lower back, hamstrings, and legs.
