Hello patrons~ this video is a perfect compliment to the Standing Dynamic Core Balance that I'm also posting today. I recommend** using the Standing version first, mainly because it has more voiceover explain the key muscles and physical benefits.

**there is no other reason that you should necessarily prioritize one before the other though!

Also, I have started adding new blogs about the practices, and this one includes 2 clips for theses Dynamic Core Balance videos ((with links for more people to see my patreon program!))

I hope you enjoy these practices, and I will see you in the next one!

Excerpt:

Dynamic balance occurs when the body maintains a center of gravity while in motion.

Dynamic core balance will help to stabilize the pelvis and tone the abdominal core. This exercise relieves tension in the hips, improves circulation, and relaxes the nerves-- it can be used to heal sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

One Raised Leg Pose
Eka Pada Uttana Padasana
This reclined exercise is enhanced with a mild inversion. It improves strength and flexibility in the core, lower back, hamstrings, and legs.

More health benefits include:

  • decompressing the weight bearing sacroiliac joint
  • increasing circulation through the whole body
  • toning the lower back and abdominal core
