Greetings all,

It's February and I am still feeling such good energy from the new year. My yoga has really helped emphasize those good feelings!

The theme for this series builds up to one of my favorite poses, called Vasisthasana (or extended side plank). The posture has so many epic variations, and really is a gateway to a stronger and more fluid practice. I hope that the ideas I share help you with your yoga and movement practices.

Part one of this practice works on developing:

--strong arms

--strong legs

--strong wrists

and a functional thoracic chest and shoulder complex.

As I'm writing this, I just completed this Day One blog and am still feeling the relief and upliftment from the Day one practice yesterday. Oh baby, it feels good.

Here you have the blog which includes some notes from me and a general outline of Part 1.

The video is a 2-part series with no voiceover, just practice. It is the yoga premiere for the month, and is at the 5 and up tier.

For the first tier, I have an early access to the blog.  Woohoo, real exciting, right? Well if you're interested in learning about the pose Vasisthasana and seeing an outline for a therapeutic routine... then this blog post will be exciting!

Check it out. \
