Hey gang, I have a new practice to share with you this week. My arms and back were so sore after doing this routine so many times! It's because I filmed it with 4 different lens settings... ranging from wide to zoom lenses, and edited it together as one video. Each time adjusted the lens, I did the whole routine again!
No voiceover here but there is background music (and visually appealing lens variations!)
The first three minutes is opening into the Nadi channels with breathing exercises. Other than that, it is pretty self explanatory and easy to follow along because of the repetitions. Let me know how it goes!
