I am renewing the dedication to my yoga and meditation time, and I will film it as many days as I can. Especially because my uploading schedule has been less regular than I prefer, I am sharing this with all tiers above $20. The daily filming is inspired for the $50+ tiers so we'll see how it goes over the next few weeks. I hope it inspires you to move, breathe, and practice yoga lesson one that just posted this week :)

This is my sadhana.

Sadhana is a Sanskrit term referring to daily yoga practice with asana, pranayama, mediation, and chanting.

Practice Notes:

Day one... 

Making space for psoas strength and flexibility during child to downdog warm-up

Supporting the lower back with deeper access to hips in downdog

Utilizing plank pose as a place to distribute body weight evenly

Supporting the lower back with sacral clock awareness in high crescent

Practicing two shoulder stretches in seated vajrasana

Taking those shoulder stretches into high crescent

Feeling the mobility of the upper body (during stretches) anchored by the lower body in high lunge

Meditating for a few minutes

Staying present
