Ok, here we go!!! I am quite pleased with how this video turned out, and I'm looking forward to practicing this routine all week! I will follow up with the video tutorials supporting this routine... and hopefully with an extra video from my daily practice.
What are your goals for your body, mind, and yoga this week?
I'll go first :)
My main goal is to follow this routine once a day, and record it for video at least once.
My complimentary goals are to step into pike handstand at the wall everyday this week, and play my guitar at least once.
